Sie haben mir einen falschen Artikel geliefert, entspricht nicht der Artikelbeschreibung, passt nicht zu meinem Fahrzeug und ist völlig anders als das Bild. Da die Retourenroutine keine Versandpapiere vorsieht, mußte ich das Paket auf eigene Kosten und Aufwand zurückschicken.
Lt. telefonischer Antwort soll ich jétzt 1 Woche warten, bis die Rücklieferung ausgepackt ist.
