In accordance with the Waste Oil Ordinance, we are obliged to take back used combustion engine oil and/or transmission oil as well as oil filters and oily waste (hereinafter referred to as ‘waste oil’) regularly produced during oil changes. If you, as a commercial or other economic enterprise or public institution, purchase combustion engine oil or transmission oil, we would like to point out that we may use third parties to fulfil our acceptance obligations towards you. The quantity of used oil that you can return to us is limited to the combustion engine and/or transmission oil supplied to you in the individual case.
