Hercules is probably one of the most famous bicycle and motorcycle brands in Germany. Founded by Carl Marschütz in 1886, the company is an integral part of the Nuremberg motorcycle industry. Through close cooperation with Fichtel & Sachs, the F & S engines were installed in Hercules' light motorcycles up to 200 cm³ from 1928.
The intake manifold connects the carburetor to the cylinder. This allows the gasoline-air mixture to pass from the carburetor into the combustion chamber. This nozzle corresponds to the original shape of Hercules or Sachs. It is suitable for many Hercules Prima, M, Optima, Hobby Rider and many other mopeds of different manufacturers. Also suitable is the intake manifold for two-wheelers with the Sachs 504 or 505 engine. Please note that there are two different connection types. The intake manifold offered here is suitable for cylinders with a STRAIGHT connection, as this is supplied with an intermediate piece.
