The Hercules works belonged to the Nuremberg motorcycle industry in the 1920s. The company founded by Carl Marschütz grew quickly and established itself in the market. Since the company was founded, third-party motors have been installed in the production of light motorcycles up to 200 ccm³. The main focus here was on the Fichtel & Sachs engines built in Schweinfurt.
With this set, the inspection of your Sachs 504 or 505 automatic engine is no problem. It contains all spare parts that should be replaced regularly to prevent major repairs or, in the worst case, damage to the engine. On the one hand, the fuel and air supply is completely renewed. The set includes two new carburettor gaskets, a new fuel filter, a one meter fuel hose and a new air filter. On the other hand, the spark plug and the spark plug connector can be replaced. Furthermore, this inspection set contains a new clutch cover gasket, a new oil control screw and the right automatic transmission oil for your engine. The included brake cleaner is used to clean the engine from the outside.
