BERU spark plugs ensure flawless, powerful and environmentally friendly engine performance. To achieve this, several requirements must be met: The correct amount of a perfectly balanced air-fuel mixture must be present in the cylinder, and the high-energy ignition spark must jump between the electrodes precisely at the predetermined time. To this end, spark plugs must meet the highest performance requirements: They must generate a powerful spark between 500 and 3500 times per minute (in four-stroke operation) - even at high engine speeds or in stop-and-go traffic. Even at -20 °C, they must ensure completely reliable ignition.
