When tuning a scooter you have to pay attention to many things so that you have the best possible performance at the end.
For example, it can happen that after installing a racing exhaust or another cylinder, the effective power of the vehicle decreases even though the power "on paper" has increased. This is because the variomatic is incorrectly tuned and "shifts up" too early, so that the engine does not reach the optimum power revs.
