DESCRIPTION:
It is a fixed half pulley with a diamond surface of the pulley on the belt side and a redesigned working angle to further increase the transmission range. This component completes the Multivar and makes it incomparable. It has been specifically designed for the range of variable speed drives for scooters and further improves the performance of the drive belt. It is not just a simple accessory, but a very important component that guarantees the longevity of all transmission components. The temperatures generated in the crankcases of variators working with V-belts are intolerable at critical moments, and certain parts such as drive belts and variator pulleys sometimes suffer irreparable damage. There are cases where the rollers can even reach the melting point. The Ventilvar has, among other advantages, a higher cooling capacity than the original half pulley, which makes it indispensable for safe and sporty riding.
